Taline Bardakjian is a Consultant Psychologist at Mind Health.
She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT skills, and mindfulness-based interventions to assist her clients.
She can assist with a range of challenges such as
depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, work stress and burnout, relationship concerns, and low self-esteem.
Her style is warm, empathetic, down-to-earth, and may include a joke (whether or not it is funny is not guaranteed). She strives to create a relaxed, safe space for her clients to be themselves, and assist them with self-acceptance and growth. She believes her clients are the experts in their lives and seeks to
provide tailored intervention that compliments exactly where they’re at when they walk into clinic.
Taline has a background in both private practice and community mental health settings, as well as a bachelor’s degree from UNSW and a master’s degree from WSU.
