Stress is a universal human experience — but understanding how it works and learning evidence-based strategies to manage it can transform your relationship with pressure, challenge, and change.

This introductory course, developed by clinical psychologists at Mind Health, takes you on a structured journey from understanding the science of stress through to building lasting resilience and creating your own personalised stress management plan.

Course Structure

The course is divided into 5 progressive phases, each building on the last. Phase 1 includes a knowledge check quiz to reinforce your learning. Work through at your own pace — we recommend completing one phase per week for optimal integration.
