Elizabeth Lee is a warm, non-judgemental psychotherapist with 16 years’ experience supporting teens, adults and older adults across community, government and private-practice settings.
She is known for creating a calm, respectful space where people can speak openly—especially when life feels messy, overwhelming or stuck.
Elizabeth brings a culturally sensitive, strengths-based approach and provides counselling in English and Korean, which can be especially helpful when you want to express complex feelings in your first language and feel deeply understood.
She also works as a clinical supervisor, with a genuine passion for supporting the next generation of therapists.

Elizabeth’s published Psychology Today fees are:
Individual sessions: $200
Couple sessions: $270
Concession rate: may apply
