Your Path to NDIS Support
We understand the NDIS process can feel confusing — here’s a clear breakdown of how to get started: professionals is here to walk alongside you.

01 — Express Your Interest
Call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to begin the process. You (or a carer) will be asked a few questions over the phone, or you can request that forms be mailed to you. This step simply lets the NDIS know you’d like to apply for funding.

02 — Gather Supporting Documents
Collect reports and documentation from your doctor, allied health professionals (like psychologists, OTs, speech pathologists or physiotherapists), family members, and yourself. These documents must outline your permanent and lifelong disability. Submit them to the NDIS for assessment.

03 — Attend a Planning Meeting
If you’re eligible, the NDIS will arrange a meeting to understand your goals and support needs. This step helps determine how much funding you’ll receive — and what it can be used for.

04 — Access Your Funding
Once your plan is approved, you’ll be able to use your funding to access services, including psychological support through Mind Health.
What is the NDIS?
